The Founder Story

EZ-FileOrganizer was created after founder Keith Christoff saw firsthand how difficult it was for his wife to keep track of thousands of embroidery designs. The problem was not finding more designs — it was finding the design she already owned when she needed it.

That became the idea behind EZ-FileOrganizer: Less Time Searching. More Time Stitching.™

The product is designed around a simple goal: make large embroidery collections visual, searchable and easier to move into the actual stitching workflow.

What Reviewers Should Test

Import a real folder of designs. See how quickly a visual library becomes easier to scan than filenames alone.
Search for designs. Test how quickly you can return to a design you already own.
Work with mixed formats. Try a collection containing PES, DST, JEF, EXP, VP3, HUS, images, PDFs or ZIPs.
Try supported conversion. Compare the workflow with manually locating separate machine-format copies.
Use Windows Companion. Test Download to Computer, Copy to Flash Drive and the supported Send to Machine workflow.

Important: embroidery-machine compatibility varies by model, software, hoop size and file requirements. Reviewers should verify the requirements of the specific machine they are demonstrating.

Independent Review Policy

We welcome honest, independent coverage of EZ-FileOrganizer. Providing reviewer access does not require a positive review, a specific rating, advance approval of editorial content or guaranteed coverage.

If access, compensation, affiliate arrangements, sponsorships or products are provided, reviewers should disclose those relationships according to the rules that apply to their platform and audience.
